Dinner at Eddie’s Taco House - A San Antonio staple since 1976 and still so good! The beef fajita nachos were LOADED (my favorite bite!), and the Chicken A La Fiesta - sautéed with pico and served over Spanish rice with charro beans was flavorful and so satisfying.
