Meet Kayla and Kelsey! They are sisters, rehabilitating from ankle and knee injuries at our Bryn Mawr Rehab Outpatient Rehabilitation location in Wynnewood, PA. Our therapists utilized blood flow restriction training, using #smartcuffs for muscle hypertrophy, combined with #blazepods and a #hecostick for training hand eye coordination, reaction speed and information processing to return to the field and court.
