According to tmz_tv, the rapper was involved in a single-car accident on Interstate 85 south of Hapeville before calling his manager for guidance. Authorities say the car remained drivable after the crash. ____________________________________ The manager arranged to meet Lil Poppa at a nearby Hilton Hotel parking lot. Hapeville Police Chief Bruce Hedley said the rapper stayed inside his car while speaking to the manager through the rolled-down window. The content of their conversation has not been disclosed. At some point during the encounter, Lil Poppa reportedly produced a handgun and shot himself. An off-duty officer working at the hotel called 911, according to reports.
