BREAKING NEWS: A stretch of Millstone River Road in Hillsborough is closed after power lines were found burning across the roadway near Franklin Drive. A resident says the wires have been on fire since around 10 p.m. Tuesday after an outage and brief restoration, and were still burning into the morning.
