Here’s my list of things that are small but aren’t small to clients. What am I missing? Tell me below what you do that really elevates the experience for the client! 1. Always give a scalp massage 2. Offer complimentary snacks and drinks 3. Always have a consultation, regardless of how many appointments you’ve had together 4. Have a phone charger at your station for clients to use 5. Have an iPad for clients to watch a show while processing 6. Keep a clean station 7. Keep foils out of their face while processing 8. Greet your client with a smile 9.
