Patrick Dempsey shared some beautiful words for his friend and longtime 'Grey's Anatomy' co-star Eric Dane following his passing at 53 after a battle with ALS. "He did an incredible job at bringing awareness to this horrible disease in those remaining days and it just reminds us that we all have to celebrate every day like it's our last day," Patrick said during an interview on 'The Chris Evans Breakfast Show', also sharing that Eric was "starting to lose his ability to speak" in the days leading up to his death.
