Volunteering Opportunity - Strength & Conditioning Lead 🌹 📣  We’re recruiting a Strength & Conditioning Lead volunteer to support the England Students Men’s programme, culminating in an international fixture against France Universities over the first bank holiday weekend in May 2026. Working with the coaching and management team, you will help prepare the squad for training camp and match performance, contributing to a high-quality representative rugby environment. Gain experience in a performance-focused national student rugby programme, hands-on work with ambitious student-athletes, and the opportunity to build connections across the university and the wider rugby network. You must be available for a residential England-based training camp in the final week of April through to 3 May 2026.
