Art & Soul 2019 :: Black Migrations and Urban Realities In 2019, Art & Soul kept the energy high while growing behind the scenes. Inspired by the national Black History Month focus on Black Migrations, the 2019 theme expanded to Black Migrations and Urban Realities, highlighting movement from the South to Northern cities and lived experiences.
