Last night Joe made his 2023 MLB debut, roughly 3 weeks late, and I couldn’t be more proud of him! ❤️ . . . Towards the end of spring Joe was feeling “off” - no pain, but his arm wasn’t its lively self. He put his ego aside and spoke up. He got the rest and treatment he needed, which resulted in starting the year on the IL. This isn’t how we expected or hoped the season would start, but Joe knew that going into 162 games not at 100% would be at the detriment of his team and himself. After all, baseball season is a marathon, not a sprint and this Dbacks team has BIG goals this year! Now he’s feeling great and ready to go to work! Beyond proud and excited! 🐍 #rattleon #godbacks 📸: @alioverstreet.jpg
