Temple Station deputies were proud to provide security for the 82nd Temple City Camellia Festival Parade this morning.
This annual tradition is a special celebration for the small town of Temple City, and this year’s theme, Camelliapalooza, brought energy, creativity, and plenty of community spirit to the streets. We were happy to see so many residents and local groups taking part in the parade.
Our Temple Station deputies ensured a safe event by blocking off La Tunas Drive from Rosemead Boulevard to Baldwin Avenue and assisting with traffic control throughout the morning. Thanks to their hard work and the cooperation of our community, everything went smoothly and safely.
Now the celebration continues at Temple City Park. The festival will take place today from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. We encourage everyone to come out, enjoy the festivities, and celebrate what makes Temple City such a special place.
As always, Temple Station deputies are proud to serve ...
