We have a professional development day today and I’m tackling all those little tasks in my classroom that I’ve been putting off. Between updating labels, moving things around, and creating new systems, these are super small changes that actually make a BIG difference for how my classroom operates. It’s easy to put these off or tell yourself you will do them “someday” (which never actually happens), but taking action to finally check them off the list feels so good and has such a positive impact on my day to day life as a teacher.
