Situated downtown as a part of the cartblocks, rachel_and_rose_doubledecker is a pub/coffee shop inside of a double-decker London bus that features a magical twist, it’s Harry Potter themed. This “pub” was shipped off to Portland from Southampton, England, and features the same cozy feeling that Harry Potter fans know and love. Rachel and Rose gets it’s name from owner Ray Maestas’ grandmothers, who were a big influence in his life. Rachel and Rose hosts many summer events, some in partnership with rosecitydrag as well as the Pride Market, which gives back to Portland’s queer community.
