The smallest details really are a big deal to me. Outlets, vents, air ducts… lol, all of it. Watching our home take shape and imagining our life here makes my heart burst every single time we pull up. We are ridiculously excited to see the changes with each visit!! What’s stood out to me most is how clear and organized everything has felt. We’ve always known what was happening and what was next, and that level of communication really matters to us. Our construction manager has been solid from day one! He responds quickly, takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense, and he’s genuinely personable.
