A blizzard has hit the Philadelphia area and dropped more than a foot of snow in some areas. As of 3:30 a.m. on Monday, Mt. Holly, New Jersey, received 14 inches of snow. The storm comes about a month after Philadelphia got nearly 10 inches of snow at the end of January.
