Gov. Josh Shapiro declared a disaster emergency in Pennsylvania as the area is preparing for a dangerous snowstorm. A NEXT Weather Alert is in place because of the nearly 12 to 18 inches of snow, high winds and coastal flooding that could impact the Delaware Valley from Sunday night onto Monday.
