Kehlani Marie Rogers, the 3-year-old who was the subject of an Amber Alert issued Saturday, has been found safe. The toddler was found at the QuikTrip near 27th Avenue and Thomas Road on Sunday morning, according to Phoenix Police. Rogers was allegedly abducted by 23-year-old Marina Noriega from an Avondale home on Friday. Noriega was taken into custody at the Phoenix QuikTrip, then booked into jail.
