Motion Shooting: talking to my good friend DellyWEN today. We were talking about building competitors, decision makers, & awareness of the right reads/basketball plays. This starts as a simple pin down out of the corner & then builds into a ucla cut, ghost screen up top, 2 person game, etc… It’s not an easy process but it’s worth it for the teams’ long term development as well as preparing players for the pros.
