Y'all may have heard us mention Blue Hound Barbecue before, but here we are again to sing our praise. This little barbecue spot up in Dillard has quickly become a family favorite for us, and we've heard similar sentiment from so many members of the community. If you didn't know, Blue Hound's chef and owner, Kyle, was crowned the Food Network BBQ Brawl Champion last season and brought a little slice of Appalachia to the big screen. We're incredibly proud of everything he's done with this place and you couldn't ask for a better person to represent Rabun County.
