Coming home happy, fulfilled, and proud to be a Gustie!💛🐾 Our Jazz Team was crowned the fourth runner ups of the DII/DIII College Jazz Category at the USA Collegiate Championships. We are also proud to have competed in Hip Hop at the USA Collegiate Championships for the first time as a program. We went in with a goal of being proud of what we put out on the floor, and it was met. Our Jazz routine, “Maman,” was a story we are honored to have told, and we cannot wait to share it with you (more pictures and videos to come!) Our Hip Hop dance, “Futuristic,” was such a fun, energetic, hype-up routine that we will forever cherish. These eleven dancers worked so hard this season; their work ethic was taken to another level, always working to better their best. The determination to learn, perfect, and compete an additional routine in a new category (and done so in just over two months and 17 practices), was unmatched.
