Lemon Brownies 🍋🍋 Lemon desserts are one of my favorites and these lemon brownies are the best! INGREDIENTS: -1 box lemon cake mix -1 large egg -1 cup melted butter -Zest of a lemon Lemon icing (optional) 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tbsp melted butter 1 tsp vanilla extract Juice from half a lemon Pinch of salt (Combine ingredients together to prepare icing) Combine the cake mix, egg, butter, and lemon zest. Mix until well combined, then transfer the batter to a lined baking pan. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes.
