Last night a memorial was held for #LilPoppa on the East Side of Jacksonville just after midnight. There was 12-15 shots fired that injured four people: two women, ages 34 and 39, and two men, aged 37 and 43. Police are currently investigating the incident, but do not currently have a suspect.
