1️⃣ TRUNK ROTATIONS
➡️ Take the surgical arm out of the equation by placing it on top of the other arm. This allows the athlete to maintain rotational capabilities without risk to the elbow. You can do these with or without a pivot.
2️⃣ NON SURGICAL SIDE SHOT PUT
➡️ This move is designed to maintain power output during this stage of rehab. Make sure you keep a close body connection with the surgical arm to limit involvement.
3️⃣
3️⃣ SURGICAL ARM PRESS & ROW
➡️ Try this move with low resistance and only if there are no range of motion limitations or pain present.
