When asked about whether he supports the Democrats boycotting President Donald Trump's 2026 State of the Union Address, Illinois Governor JB Pritzker said that he isn't sure why anybody should be listening, adding that he thinks the speech is "a bit of a waste of time." The governor also said that he hopes the president will address the $8.7 billion in refunds he "billed" the president for, saying "average, working people are the ones who suffered under tariffs." #pritzker #trump #jbpritzker #donaldtrump #stateoftheunion
