I had no idea that behind the delicious food at Rory’s Cafe was lifeskitchen, one of the most impactful youth programs in our community. ✨ Life’s Kitchen empowers at risk young adults ages 16 to 24 through hands-on culinary training, workforce development, life skills, and education. Their comprehensive program is offered at no cost and is designed to build real independence, confidence, and stability for young people who need support stepping into adulthood. Support does not end at graduation, with job placement and ongoing alumni resources available to help set students up for long-term success. Rory’s Cafe is open to the community Monday through Friday from 7 am to 2 pm. Dine in or order out. Professional catering services also available.
