It’s SO much less intimidating to teach your kiddo to ski in an environment that was made with them (and you) in mind. aspensnowmass is known for its world-class terrain but honestly, it deserves some serious recognition for its accessibility and intentionality when it comes to little learners. While I have absolutely adored teaching my kiddo myself, it’s also worth mentioning that there are ski school programs at Aspen Snowmass for kiddos as young as 2.5 years old. We’ve put our daughter in a few days this season, and it’s made our time skiing together even more fun because of how much she learns in those sessions.
