Billie Eilish has opened up about how “exhausting” she finds it living with Tourette syndrome, which is a motor disorder that can lead to involuntary movements or sounds, otherwise known as tics. The 24-year-old singer was diagnosed with Tourette’s at 11 years old and says her tics often show up through bodily movements, either through wiggling her ears, raising her brows, flexing her arms and clicking her jaw, all day long. “These are things you would never notice, like if you’re just having a conversation with me but for me, they’re very exhausting.” This discussion came up during a previous interview with David Letterman on Netflix. While talking, Billie experienced a tic, which shows her head shaking to the side and her mouth opening.
