Trans activist Alexandra Billings has recalled her experience working on 'Grey's Anatomy' in a touching tribute to the late Eric Dane. Posting to her social media on 20 February, Billings spoke about how Dane helped fight to keep her trans storyline in the show as authentic as possible. Billings played trans woman Donna Gibson in the season three episode 'Where the Boys Are', which aired in 2006. In the video, she recounts how Dane asked her questions about her own transition, listening intently so he knew how to hand the scene they were filming together. She continues to talk about how Dane fought to keep part of her storyline in the episode when it was cut. She said: "That was extraordinary...
