No need to pre-order :) My fave main was the chirashi don with 5 types of sashimi including sockeye salmon and hamachi! The first two tiers of the jubako are the same across. Each set comes with a sizeable bowl of enoki miso soup 🍲 The aburi sushi and cooked mains were on the oiler side, so could be slightly more refined there.
