Meet Bocar Diagana ’26, a senior accounting major and political science minor from Edina, Minnesota, and captain of Trinity’s men’s track & field team. On the track, Bocar leads by example, pushing himself and his teammates toward excellence while supported by a close-knit team and coaching staff. “Being part of this team has taught me how to work collectively toward something bigger than myself,” he says. “It’s shown me the importance of leading by example and growing both on and off the track.” One of Bocar’s favorite Trinity memories came during his freshman year, when the team won its first SCAC championship. “Sharing that moment with my teammates was unforgettable,” he says. “It motivated us to keep raising the standard and working harder every season.” As Trinity continues its new beginnings in the SAA, Bocar’s goals are ambitious.
