The property at 505 North Main St. near downtown Greenville has been given the all-clear by city officials to be redeveloped. The old shopping center used to be the home to several businesses, including what many called the "Baby Bi-Lo" grocery store, because of its size. Once the grocery store closed its operations in 2013, many of the other businesses followed, leaving 90% of the building abandoned by 2021.
