A creative force rooted in storytelling and community, Layla blends movement, culture, and innovation in everything she touches. She is the Founder of SpelHop Dance Squad, Spelman’s newest hip-hop squad pushing individuality and fearless performance, and served as Captain of Mahogany N Motion (2024–2025), leading with passion, discipline, and heart. Layla is also a proud member of Spelman Dance Theatre, where she continues to sharpen her technical and expressive range.
