If you need 10 hires, you need 1,000 applicants. Most business owners think hiring 10 reps starts with 10 interviews. It doesn’t. It starts with math. If you want 10 solid hires in a month, you should be driving 500–1,000 applicants into your pipeline. From there, around 80% get screened out. The top 20% go to a group interview — where you present the opportunity once, clearly and confidently.
