1st Hyrox ✅ Many lessons were learned 😂 but my biggest takeaway: DOING SOMETHING NEW & UNCOMFORTABLE IS ALWAYS WORTHWHILE.. ..AND MOST MEMORABLE WHEN SPENT WITH FUN PEOPLE 👯‍♀️💕🏃‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️ If you are hesitant to try something new, just do it. I promise you I would have never thought I would volunteer to run 5+ miles in a race with nothing I would consider to be a big strength of mine.
