Hi welcome to my page!⚡️For anyone new here, I recently graduated medical school and am now in my second year as a resident doctor (despite the critiques of many who believe my attendance of music festivals and edgy fashion expression in my free time is “unprofessional behavior” that makes me “unsuitable for the role of a physician”). . Throughout this 12 year process of college, medical school, and now residency, I have made an active effort to not lose my identity outside of medicine along the way. I created this account to show that you don’t have to sacrifice your personal life to have a high achieving career, and to remind everyone yet again that women are deserving of respect regardless of what they wear. . There is so much stigma surrounding going out, having fun and living life intensely, and I’m tired of this narrative that doctors should sacrifice everything and devote their entire lives to medicine.
