As a type B med student I found that I had too limited of an attention span for studying that Anki, and felt that it just set me up for failure from the jump. I got way more bang for my buck studying with Uworld questions or reviewing lecture slides and objectives, and I focused on reviewing my personal weak areas rather than a blanket deck of cards made for anybody.
