The constant stress of feeling like every minute you spend not studying you might be jeopardizing your shelf & board exam scores and ultimately your competitiveness for the residency match. . Going days without washing my hair because I don’t have the time to dry it, or can’t even find the energy to shower at all. Eating ramen 5 days a week because I don’t have time to get to the grocery store because that would mean I can’t complete my UWorld questions for the day.
