I don’t speak about my Sicilian heritage often, simply because it is so deeply ingrained into who I am. I am the daughter of an immigrant, a cousin, granddaughter, and niece of incredible artisans and chefs. My Nonna taught me about quiet, timeless luxury, and my Nonno taught me how to kick a soccer ball. I married a Sicilian whose last name varies only two letters from mine (Mancino-Mancuso).
