Now, most local journalists are "general assignment" reporters that wear many hats — including videographer, editor, social media manager, and more. Even though we do the work of 4+ people's jobs, we get paid one measly salary. Who suffers from this "money-saving" approach? Everybody. Journalists. Management teams. Viewers.
