The first (and only) time I made a vision board almost three years ago, nearly everything came true. Though I had great results, I wanted to make sure this attempt was a bit more intentional.
I borrowed this method from Joyce Schwartz, the founder of the Vision Board Institute, and I already love the results. There is true power in visualization.
Here are a few extra tips for creating your vision board:
✨Set the mood right. Put on some chill music (I recommend the Jazz Fruits playlist on
@spotify), pour yourself a glass of wine or hot tea, and light some candles. Make it ceremonial!
✨Hyper-focus on the near future. My vision board represents everything I want to accomplish in the next four months.
