I got to visit my alma mater marist yesterday for the first time in nearly 2 years to be on an alumni panel. Every time I have visited Marist since I’ve graduated it always left me emotional because I was so lucky to have attended a college that supported my art and accepted me for who I am. From the LGBTQ advocacy to the endless media projects, it all was the basic training for what I do now and I couldn’t be happier. Getting to discuss my life postgrad and give advice to current students felt like a massive accomplishment in my career. I fell in love with this campus nearly 9 years ago and wanted to capture the beauty of it during my short visit.
