“Overworked and Underpaid.” My first editorial studio shoot. This series of photos and stop motion tells the story of Gen Z’s relationship with the job market and economy. What does it mean to do everything you’re told just for the system to turn upside down the moment you enter the real world? How are you supposed to get the experience if you can’t get the experience? Gen Z entering the workforce now are having to hustle and grind for barely the bare minimum. This project has been in my head for months and I’m so happy we finally got to bring the concept to life.
