I was inspired by zac_trieu to try out the 50mm F4 Challenge. 50mm F4 because it’s the closest to what the human eye sees naturally. I decided to film a sequence of myself editing. The challenge included 2 simple rules: RULES: ✅ Every shot you film must be at a focal length of 50mm. ✅ All shots must also be at an aperture of F4 Adding onto the fact that I filmed this in lowlight, this challenge was a lot harder than it seemed and forced me to be very creative. It took a lot of trial and error but I learned a lot in the process when it comes to framing your shots and getting creative with lighting in a tight space. A ritual I plan to bring into 2024 is to not be afraid to be seen trying especially as I start doing videos again. I’m happy with how this turned out and as always look forward to improving.
