⛸️ Great Park Ice's February Skater of the Month is sofyasamodelkina!!! 🇰🇿🏆 Sofia is the 2025 Kazakhstan National Champion. She just competed in her first Winter Olympics at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, finishing in the top 10. 🥈 Additionally, in last November she earned a silver medal at the 2025 NHK Trophy Grand Prix. She is now preparing to compete at the upcoming ISU World Championships in March. 🍊 Sofia has trained at GPI since October 2024, and is planning to continue training for the next Olympics cycle with Coach Rafael Arutyunyan over the next four years. 💙 She is a wonderful member of our skating community, and is a strong positive influence for our younger skaters.
