A couple little tricks for the best vodka sauce! ❤️ temper your heavy cream: a little pasta water mixed in with the cream makes a silky sauce before adding 💚 mini bottles of vodka: I don’t drink alcohol unless I’m being social so cooking with mini bottles of vodka or wine is a must!
