Studying how cells and their parts, called organelles, work together helps us understand how our bodies work, why diseases happen, and how we can treat them. That’s why we’re focused on unraveling the cellular processes essential for life. Chiara Stringari and Lorena Aguilar Arnal are working towards this goal by creating advanced technology to better understand how cells process energy to live, grow, and function and they’re mapping how brain cells develop moment by moment.
