I can’t believe I got to chat with the Women’s US Hockey Team just after winning Gold! 🥇 Their game was the most exciting sporting event I’ve ever been to and I got to sit front row! They are the most dominant team in the field and have medaled in every Olympic event since the sport began in 1998! I love how they celebrated with music and sodas and they all mentioned they had one day off before going back to school, work or training. I have alot I could say about women’s sports especially as an athlete myself but most importantly WOMEN’S SPORTS ARE NOT AN AFTERTHOUGHT.
