A sanitation worker on his normal route in Huber Heights, Ohio, unwittingly discovered a suspect hiding in a trash can and jumped back in alarm. Police said the suspect - who they nicknamed "Oscar the Grouch" – was wanted after fleeing a traffic stop earlier in the day.
