The site that holds up to 5,000 people is in East El Paso and made dozens of calls for emergency services between December 1, 2025 and February 2nd this year. The calls vary, some for chest pain and heart related illnesses. One for a pregnant woman. Another for an elderly man that fell. Calls for men who died in custody.
