We got to take a sneak peek into Ybor City’s brand new music venue meets cafe.
@1920YborCity made its debut on April 20 with the kickoff party for
@gasparillamusic festival.
Previously known as Frankie’s Patio, the venue has been brought back to life as an open air music destination with lush greenery and stunning Cuba-inspired murals lining the brick walls.
New Orleans funk band,
@galacticfunknola, christened the stage on opening night showcasing just how versatile the stage at 1920 is.
The 13,742 sq ft space will also be home to
@theatticcafetpa, one of downtown Tampa’s most popular coffee bars and restaurants. The venue will also showcase some incredible local artwork with pieces from the Kress Collective.
1920 will bring in both local and national acts with a big focus on up-and-coming artists. We can’t wait to spend many more evenings in this positively dreamy space.
