Pizzas inspired by Chicago Athletes: @cmpunk 🤼‍♂️ I'm kicking off this series with a pizza decided to @wwe World Heavyweight Champion, the Second City Saint, and Chicago's very own, @cmpunk . Punk defends his title tomorrow night at Elimination Chamber at the United Center, as the WWE returns to the UC for the first time since 1994. His pizza is inspired by one of his favorite spots to visit when home, Mindy's Bakery . Chicago's Pastry Queen Mindy Segal told me that he loves her iconic toad in a hole breakfast sandwich so I've transformed into a pizza. It starts with sliced deli American cheese and gets topped with thinly sliced pistachio mortadella, mozzarella, parmesan, and a freshly cracked parm egg in the center. Once baked, it's finished with even more parm. It's 10/10, no notes.
